A group of P.3-5 students have participated in the Rugby English Active Learning Program this year. This is a free-of-charge program for the chosen schools to have rugby training at a qualified venue. Our students attended four sessions of rugby training at King’s Park in the past three months. In each session, there are two professional foreign coaches training the students some rugby skills together with some reading tasks. Other than rugby and reading skills they have learnt, the students received a mini rugby ball and a t-shirt as souvenir as well.
本年度部分小三至小五的學生參與了由「橄欖成長基金」主辦的Rugby English Active Learning Program，此計劃為獲選學校提供免費支援，讓學生能在專業場地接受欖球訓練。在過去的三個月中，我校樂德人前往京士柏運動場參加了共四節的訓練課程。每節課程均由兩名外籍專業教練執教，除了教授欖球技巧外，亦結合了相關的英語閱讀任務。除了學習體育技能和提升閱讀能力，每位參與的樂德人還獲贈了迷你欖球及紀念恤衫留念。
